Jacqueline Fernandez attempted to leave India, but: ED’s reaction to a bail request: In her bail plea response, the Enforcement Directorate revealed shocking details about Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez’s involvement in money laundering. Fernandez appeared before the Court for the final argument in her bail application, and while her interim bail was extended, the new details could mean serious trouble for the bollywood actress.

According to a report in PTI, the ED stated that the actor wanted to leave India, but could not do so as her name was on the lookout circular. Opposing Jacqueline’s bail application, the agency claimed that the actress tried to destroy evidence by deleting data from her cell phone amid the probe. They further alleged that Jacqueline has not been cooperating with them. The agency went on to say that she even tried to flee the country but couldn’t do so because of the Look out circular (LOC) against her.

The ED claimed that Fernandez simply refused to participate when she was confronted face-to-face with the other suspects in the case and presented with the evidence, adding that she acted in a way that was not conducive to the inquiry.

According to ED’s earlier chargesheet, Jacqueline and Nora Fatehi examined and stated that they got top models of BMW cars, the most expensive gifts from the accused Sukesh.

It is clear that Fernandez was not interested in cooperating with the inquiry, and her actions indicate that she may have something to hide. The evidence against Sukesh is damning, and it seems Fernandez may have been involved in his scheme. Fernandez said that she was not working with Sukesh and that she was a victim of the circumstances and criminal acts committed by him and his associates.
